1. 📦 Order Processing

⏳ Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days. If an item is out of stock, processing may take 5–8 business days.

📧 After completing your payment, you will receive an Order Confirmation email containing the product details and our contact information. Please review your order carefully.

✏️ To change the size or delivery information, or cancel a non-customized item, contact us within 24 hours of payment and provide the email address used to place the order. Orders cannot be modified after 24 hours.

⚠️ Customization details cannot be changed: This includes sleeve patches, customized names, and numbers. Please check all customization details carefully before placing your order. Once submitted, your order will be produced according to the information provided.

🚚 After your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing the tracking number and tracking instructions.

2. 🏷️ Out-of-Stock Items

Because we offer a large selection of jerseys, certain products or sizes may become unavailable after an order is placed. In such cases, we may need additional time to source or restock the item.

💳 If we cannot fulfil your order within 5–8 business days, we will contact you and arrange a refund.

⏱️ Refunds are usually processed within 48 hours and returned through the original payment method. Please check your payment provider’s notifications.

3. 💰 Refunds, Quality and Sizing Issues

To cancel your order and request a refund, contact us through WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of payment.

⚠️ After 48 hours, the order may have entered production or processing and can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

4. Are your products restricted in my country?

🌍 Import regulations vary by country. Sportswear is generally not considered a restricted product, but we recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.
